We have 12 air-conditioned rooms for our Guests. There are rooms with double beds and rooms with two single bunk beds available. All the rooms are located on the first floor of the building. On the same floor there are three shared, higher standard bathrooms for our Clients.
We accept one night stay as well as longer rental, including few months one.

Our rooms are located in the city centre of Dumaguete. Guests do not have to worry about transportation as most of the spots like bars, cafeteria, restaurants, shops, offices etc. are in walking distance from our place. Examples:
